ROLE: Field Manager (Water Hygiene)
LOCATION: Slough, Slough, Berkshire, England, SL1 1XW
CONTRACT: Full Time

We're looking for a Field Manager (Water Hygiene) who will oversee regional PPM delivery, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across multiple client sites.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of approximately 10–12 field‑based engineers, ensuring effective scheduling and delivery of PPM works.
2. Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure safe and efficient service delivery across the region.
3. Oversee water hygiene activities including cooling tower cleaning and disinfection, water tank cleaning, closed system testing and dosing, and general Legionella control.
4. Ensure all KPI targets for completion are met and work is delivered in line with contractual requirements.
5. Provide training and support to engineers on Legionella PPM tasks and safe working practices.
6. Maintain strong operational oversight of large contracts and attend client review meetings to assess performance and KPIs.
7. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, COSHH requirements, and safe chemical handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
8. GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English).
9. Strong experience in water hygiene, Legionella control, and PPM delivery environments.
10. Knowledge of water treatment plant operations, COSHH, and chemical safety.
11. Experience with cooling towers, closed systems, and general plumbing works.
12. HTM 04‑01 knowledge (hospital water regulations).
13. Legionella awareness, with progression towards City & Guilds Legionella for Managers.
14. IOSH Working Safely (minimum), with progression towards IOSH Managing Safely.
15. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
