About the Role

Working closely with senior Financial Planners, you'll be instrumental in researching, analysing, and preparing detailed financial recommendations that directly impact clients' financial futures. Paraplanner Requirements
1. Demonstrable experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry
2. Strong working knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory frameworks
3. Excellent analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
4. Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
5. Diploma in Financial Planning preferred, with Advanced Diploma highly desirable
6. Proficiency with industry-standard software systems
7. Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Paraplanner Responsibilities
8. Collaborate extensively with Financial Planners to conduct comprehensive financial research and analysis
9. Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports, including sophisticated cashflow planning models
10. Research and evaluate financial products and market trends to support strategic recommendations
11. Utilise Intelliflo Office system to create professional recommendations and manage workflow effectively
12. Ensure all work maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
13. Participate in client meetings, providing valuable insights and technical expertise
14. Support the wider team with various projects and initiatives as required
