Head of Therapies — Neurorehabilitation
Full‐time (37.5 hrs) • On‐call 1‐in‐3 • South East (site‐based)
Lead a high‐performing MDT and stay hands‐on (~25% clinical caseload). You'll own pre‐admissions, shape efficient rehab pathways, drive tech‐enabled therapy (robotics/exoskeletons/anti‐gravity treadmill), and evidence outcomes (UKROC) while partnering with insurers/commissioners.

You'll bring: HCPC AHP (Physio/OT/SLT), deep neurorehab expertise, and proven service leadership in complex rehab.
