Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset and have opportunities for a CNC Turner to work on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible. The role involves CNC turning of aerospace equipment and manufacturing parts to aerospace specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Duties:
* Centre Lathe Turning, manufacturing parts from start to finish to Aerospace Specifications.
* Operate under OCQ - Operator Control of Quality procedures.
* Interpret engineering drawings, following process layouts and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
* Experience in CNC turning, ideally within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
* Ability to operate centre lathes and manufacture parts to specification.
* Knowledge of quality control procedures (OCQ).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Attention to detail and adherence to process and documentation standards.

* Pay £18.99-£19.54 per hour depending on experience and shift.
* Range of Shift:
* night shifts:
* Sunday night 10:00pm-7:00am Monday.
* Tuesday 12:00am-7:00am.
* Wednesday 12:00am-7:00am.
* Thursday 12:00am-7:00am.
* Friday 12:00am-7:00am.
* Days / Late Swing Shift:
* Days Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00)
* Lates Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00)
* Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) | Full-Time | 12 hour shifts | 7am - 7am
