You’ll not only solve problems — you’ll help shape smarter solutions. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will :- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and web. Troubleshoot communication systems — including Ethernet, serial, satellite, radio, and cellular. Configure and support Campbell Scientific software products. Write, test, and support CRBasic datalogger programs to interface with sensors and protocols. Deliver engaging training sessions for customers on system operation and best practices. Support system testing, documentation, and configuration activities. Travel within the UK and internationally to support clients and installations. Continually develop your skills in programming, systems integration, and customer engagement. Essential skills and qualities: A technical background (communications, networking, instrumentation, or similar). Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK Willingness to travel when needed (UK, - Europe, and beyond occasionally). Desirable: Experience with instrumentation or communication protocols. Experience in system configuration or programming.
