About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to work in a variety of nurseries across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse, you will:
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that promote child development
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with parents and carers
* Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
