We’re looking for a talented and creative Brand Storyteller - someone who can craft meaningful written content that brings our purpose to life, engages diverse audiences, and reflects our position as a leading voice for inclusion across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail.
As the only global Collaboration Community dedicated to fostering inclusion in these industries, WiHTL & Diversity in Retail is on a mission to positively impact 5 million employees by 2030. With over 115 member organisations and 4.5 million lives already reached, our work is bold, fast-paced, and purpose-led.
Our work centres along three pillars: women, race and ethnicity and socio economic background and is underpinned by a drive to welcome and offer opportunities to all across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail industries.
Via inclusion in, we offer bespoke industry leading solutions to individual organisations looking to deepen their impact on their inclusion journey.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the heart of how we communicate—developing written content across our brands (WiHTL, Diversity in Retail, and inclusion in), including:
* Articles, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and leadership insights
* Social media content, particularly for LinkedIn
* Reports, case studies and strategic business updates
* Business development proposals for our advisory services
* Brochures and digital campaigns via HubSpot
* Media engagement and award nominations
* Measuring content performance and using insights to drive improvement
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced communicator - either in a comms, PR or content role - comfortable working across formats and confident in owning projects end-to-end. If you have experience of communicating with online communities, even better!
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Write with clarity, purpose, and have excellent attention to detail
* Have a strong editorial voice and understand how to shape brand narratives
* Are experienced in content planning, SEO, web and CRM tools (HubSpot is a bonus)
* Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team that puts excellence at the heart of everything we do
* Are genuinely passionate about inclusion and social impact
This is a fully remote role, with regular travel to events or meetings (typically London or member locations).
