Our client, a respected name in the construction and industrial services sector, is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to support their expanding workforce. This role is based in Rochester, Kent, with occasional travel to training providers and sites across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and manage employee training, renewals, and records
* Coordinate apprenticeships through the Apprenticeship Levy
* Process training invoices and apply for CITB grants
* Track staff competencies and compliance through internal systems
* Manage training inbox and respond to booking requests
* Support reception and administrative duties when required
About you
* Previous experience in training coordination or administration
* Knowledge of CITB systems, grants, and apprenticeships
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/training systems
