Overview
A leading national apprenticeship training provider is seeking an Executive Coach to deliver and support learners on the Leadership & Management Level 5 and Professional Coaching Level 5 programmes. The successful candidate will use a coaching approach to drive learner achievement, engagement, and development through effective, remote work‑based sessions and regular progress reviews.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coach and support learners to complete their apprenticeship within agreed timescales
 * Conduct regular virtual and in-person visits and progress reviews
 * Support and engage with line managers to ensure learners are fully supported in the workplace
 * Monitor learner progress and take proactive steps to reduce early leavers
 * Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties within set timescales
 * Keep subject knowledge and industry awareness up to date through CPD
 * Contribute to standardisation meetings and share best practice
 * Support continuous programme improvement and learner experience
Essential Skills & Experience
 * Proven experience coaching and developing learners remotely
 * Strong understanding of Leadership & Management and Professional Coaching standards
 * Demonstrable experience at a senior or management level
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
 * Proficient in digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, ePortfolio systems)
 * Ability to motivate and inspire learners
Qualifications
 * Level 5 (or higher) qualification in Professional Coaching
 * Recognised teaching qualification (Level 3 or above)
 * TAQA Level 3 Assessor Award (or equivalent)
 * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
 * Full UK driving licence
Desirable
 * Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship delivery
 * Experience developing curriculum and learning resources
 * Background in Leadership, Management, or Coaching roles
