Are you a current student looking for a placement with a leading global audio broadcast manufacturer working with innovative products? If so, we are looking for someone to join our team and experience what working within the industry is like.
What you’ll be doing
This placement would suit someone with a good technical background, studying sound engineering or audio technology to further education level. You should enjoy working with software and operating systems, be adept at problem solving, have a keen eye for detail and be able to provide accurate data entry. You will be testing professional broadcast products to verify the products operate as expected and provide support to R&D teams and customers.
The right individual should be a great team player, have a proven track record of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy and have effective time management skills with the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines.
Ideal role qualifications
* A good understanding of audio mixing consoles.
* An ability to understand complex systems with initiative and an inquisitive mind that can identify faults in system behaviour.
* An approach with meticulous attention to detail, ability to adapt to working under pressure with changing work requirements but still meet deadlines.
* Organised and methodical working habits with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
