As Head of Residential, you will oversee a team of Residential Lettings & Property Managers, guiding and mentoring whilst overseeing the Residential portfolio. You will encourage them to take ownership of their work, keep standards high, and ensure every property under your watch is well managed, compliant, and profitable.
Alongside the people element, we would also like you to have a sharp commercial eye. You will take responsibility for setting clear KPIs and tracking performance — ensuring targets are met, voids are minimised, and rent returns stay strong. You’ll understand how to balance the numbers with the people behind them, translating data into action and results.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping strategy — setting clear objectives, improving processes, and driving efficiency across the department. It’s a hands-on leadership role where attention to detail, accountability, and a nurturing approach will make a real difference.
