HR Advisor (Manufacturing) – Portsmouth, England
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Pension
Responsibilities
* Providing HR guidance, advice and support to management and employees across all areas of the business.
* Ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant, efficient and aligned with company values and legal requirements.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including providing assistance with interviews as needed.
* Managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance reviews, and related activity.
* Preparing HR reports and metrics to support Management and Directors in decision-making.
The Person
* Previous working experience within a HR role or an associated discipline.
* Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
* Ideally, but not essential, a background in manufacturing/production/construction/trade-based environments or a related field.
* Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
