Are you an experienced Immigration Solicitor looking for the chance to lead and grow your own department within a supportive and forward-thinking firm?
A well-established and expanding law firm based in Yorkshire is currently on a strategic recruitment drive. While the firm does not currently offer immigration services, it is open and enthusiastic about expanding into this area — either through an ambitious individual Solicitor with a clear vision, or an existing team seeking a new home. The role will be based in Huddersfield or Leeds with part-time, flexible and hybrid working available for the right candidate.
About the Opportunity:
* This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead an Immigration Law department within a reputable, multi-office firm

* Full operational and administrative support provided to help you focus on fee-earning and business development

Responsibilities
* Lead the establishment and development of an Immigration Law department within the firm
* Manage and grow a client base, drive business development, and build a sustainable service line
* Collaborate with the firm’s leadership and other practice areas to integrate immigration services
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Requirements
* A qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Immigration Law, ideally with a track record of business development and managing caseloads independently
* Individuals or small teams looking for a new platform to grow and thrive
* Someone excited by the prospect of being a key part of the firm’s expansion into new practice areas
