Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your finance career? We’re on the lookout for someone like you to join our Financial Reporting team as a Financial Accountant specialising in Rent and Service Charges.
Working closely with various colleagues within the wider Finance team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely financial investigation and reporting. Contributing to all areas of reporting, including annual statutory financial statements, monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and more, your contributions will ensure we stay on top of our financial performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality financial investigation and reporting.
2. Contribute to annual statutory financial statements, monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Refine processes to improve financial reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a finance team outside of practice is essential.
2. Knowledge and experience of the Housing Sector is an advantage.
3. AAT qualified and/or studying for ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent accounting qualifications.
