What You’ll Do:
* Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring the promoters requirements are met with professionalism and efficiency.
* Manage venue staff, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision to uphold service standards.
* Maintain the venue’s appearance, safety standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handle enquiries and complaints promptly.
* Stock control and management.
About you:
* Proven management experience within the hospitality or events industry.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent guest service skills with a professional demeanour and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to a licenced premises.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive working environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about delivering outstanding events in a grassroots music venue. The successful candidate will be organised, focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
