We are recruiting Care Assistants in Balsall Common and surrounding areas to provide high-quality domiciliary care. We have both part-time care jobs and full-time care jobs available with flexible shifts to suit you. We particularly need Carers available for mornings (7am–9am) and evenings (7pm–10pm), including alternate or regular weekend shifts.

Requirements For Care Assistant / Carer Jobs

* Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
* The right to work in the UK
* Previous experience in care work, support work, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide comprehensive training
Responsibilities Of a Care Assistant / Home Carer

* Support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and companionship
* Help clients maintain independence and dignity
