A prestigious higher education institution in the North West is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Estate & Space Management team on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, managing one of the UK’s largest and most diverse university estates.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll provide expert property advice across a substantial and varied portfolio. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of estate management, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions and disposals, and the management of both freehold and leasehold interests. The role also involvesmissioning and managing property valuations, ensuring efficient management of property records, and developing strategic estate plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will hold a degree and/or full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with significant experience in estate management within a large,plex organisation. You’ll have a strong track record in landlord and tenant matters, property transactions, and consultant management, as well as excellent IT skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3–6 month contract with a potential of extension and apetitive hourly rate of £ per hour (in scope of IR35).
