We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client in the Stapleford area. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role:
1. Manage client relationships, including contracts and renewals
2. Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions
3. Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and provide clear client updates
4. Recommend process improvements and stay informed on industry trends
The Candidate:
5. Proven experience in an Account Manager or client relationship role
6. Experience in the IT or MSP sector would be beneficial
7. Full driving license
