Case Manager Location: Moorland House, Moorland Road, Taunton, TA1 2FG Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3 month Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 19.20 per hour Job Ref: OR17598 Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee social housing properties. Handle 550 to 750 tenancies. Provide initial tenancy advice and manage complex cases. Support vulnerable customers to sustain their tenancies. Record all customer interactions on the Open Housing System. Ensure adherence to housing policies and procedures. Work closely with vulnerable individuals regularly. Person Specifications Must Have Experience in dealing with vulnerable people. Strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of housing laws and regulations. Ability to manage diverse responsibilities. Nice to Have Experience with the Open Housing System.
