Job Title: VP of Growth and Strategy (Retail Tech – SAP Ecosystem)
Location: UK or Ireland (Remote-first, with some travel)

Following marquee wins with top-tier North American retailers, we are now expanding our enterprise footprint across the U.S. and Canada. To support this, we are hiring a VP of Growth and Strategy to architect and execute a lean, high-impact growth plan, focusing on pipeline generation, brand presence, and strategic partnerships across North America.
Your Mission: You will be the commercial engine behind our international growth. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll lead a focused growth agenda with the autonomy to shape and deliver results. This is a high-trust, hands-on role— you won’t inherit a big team, but you’ll have a generous execution budget and access to SEO agencies, copywriters, and industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the North American growth strategy: messaging, channels, partnerships
* Build and drive a sustainable marketing and inbound funnel
* Craft positioning that reflects our public cloud retail specialization
* Work with delivery and sales leads to translate pipeline into deals
* Manage a lean budget of ~£200k for outsourced execution and tools
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles (ideally SAP or ERP-related)
* Self-starter with the ability to execute and iterate without heavy oversight
* Experience managing outsourced providers (SEO, content, campaign delivery)
