Senior Family Support Workers are essentially, experienced operational frontline delivery staff, holding a blend of direct service delivery responsibilities alongside some frontline supervision of lower graded delivery staff. There are three types of Senior Family Support Workers, each with a different focus with regards to supporting aspects of the service delivery offer.
In line with the level and complexity of the posts, all Senior Family Support Workers will be full time employees. Some occasional involvement in evening and/or weekend delivery sessions may be required to meet the needs of families.
