Provide expert support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth integration and efficient support. Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to enhance server management and streamline maintenance tasks. Create, update, and review infrastructure documentation in accordance with Ashurst standards, ensuring clarity and precision. Adhere strictly to IT processes and procedures, especially regarding Change Control, Privileged Access Management, and system security, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Resolve all logged incidents and service requests promptly, and support major incident activities, as well as problem, change, and configuration management processes.
