Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for fixing, repairing and maintaining a welcoming environment? We're looking for a skilled and proactive Pub Maintenance Person to play a vital role in keeping The Highdown in Goring by Sea in top-notch condition!

* Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (very occasional weekends)

About you...
* Proven experience in property maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks (painting, woodwork, and basic plumbing)
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Willingness to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the pub in top condition.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
