Based in Co Down, our client is a well established engineering business who, due to continued business success, have a need for a Supply Chain Planner. The successful Supply Chain Plannerwill work closely with key suppliers to ensure that plant/materials are delivered within an agreed timeframe, ensuring alignment with the project programme. Responsibilities: Work closely with Supply Chain Quality engineers, monitor supplier performance against agreed timeline. Ensure on time delivery with frequent supplier engagement. Drive supplier meeting on plant / materials progress. Highlight any potential risks to the supply chain. Maintain accurate records and reports. Continue to develop and manage supplier relationships. Criteria: 2-3 years previous experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar Strong organizational skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and cross-functional teams, Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Good attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. Desirable Criteria Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Experience with project management. Experience with problem solving techniques.
