You will working across multiple concessions in a very high volume, busy environment focussed on events and sports. No day is the same as each event is catered to differently and your customer base will change from event to event.
To be able to blend seamlessly into the role you will come from a hospitality or events background, dealing with high volume and exceptionally busy environments. This could be from a branded pub, restaurant, stadium/events venue - the important thing here is the pace of where your experience comes from.
