Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting a key UK site of ~900 employees. This is a hands‑on, strategic role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead organisational design, restructuring, and large-scale change programmes
* Partner with leaders to drive culture, engagement, and performance
* Develop leadership capability and support high‑performing teams
* Deliver talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
* Manage employee and industrial relations, including union engagement
* Use data and insights to shape HR strategy and business decisions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven HR generalist experience in a complex, fast‑paced environment
* Strong background in UK restructuring and change management
* Experience working with unions and handling ER/IR matters
* Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
* Data‑driven with strong commercial awareness
