As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. You will provide a high level of customer service to guests throughout the night.
What will I do?
1. Responsible for the overall security of the hotel during shift
2. Being visible in the reception, lobby and lounge areas
3. Ensure all actions and tasks have been dealt with from the day’s business
4. Review & rectify any issues which may arise, and reports are distributed to the relevant Manager
5. Room service standards are always maintained
6. Liaise with Food & Beverage teams regarding handover of the bar
7. Manage fire evacuation, should this happen while on shift
8. Cash up, process any transactions and ensure monies is safe & secure
9. Stock take
Is this the role for me?
10. Previous experience in a hotel environment, either front of house, guest experience or hospitality
11. High standards
12. Strong People management
13. IT literate
14. Good communication skills
