Job Description
3. Manage the overall financial strategy and operations of the organization.
4. Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
6. Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
8. Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
9. Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
10. Drive process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
11. 15+ years of progressive finance experience
12. Charted Accountant
13. Strong controllership fundamentals (GL, close, recons, BS & P&L ownership)
14. FP&A capability (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
15. Clear impact metrics (₹/$ savings, % improvements, scale handled)
16. ERP & digital finance exposure (SAP S/4, Blackline, Dynamics, RPA)
17. Audit & compliance strength (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS, SOX, GST/TDS)
18. Process transformation experience (close acceleration, standardization)
19. Shared Services / Global operations exposure (if MNC/GCC role)
20. Stakeholder management at CXO/Board level
21. Cash flow & working capital ownership
22. Team leadership (10+ team size, multi-location preferred)
23. Vendor / BPO governance (SLAs, KPIs, cost optimization)
24. Business partnering mindset (not just reporting)
25. Ability to operate in ambiguity & scale
26. Strong communication & executive presence
