The post holder will work with the Corporate AHP Team, reporting directly to the Associate Director for AHPs at West London NHS Trust. As the AHP Leadership Fellow for AHP support workers you will have a specific remit to work with stakeholders across the system to support the expansion of AHP support worker apprenticeships and support the development of this vital part of the AHP workforce. You will be able to evidence existing service development experience and will have some project leadership experience. Successful delivery is dependent on collaborative working and the ability to develop relationships sobeing able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiating skills is essential. We are seeking a highly motivated, delivery-focused professional with experience in service development and/or project management to lead a key AHP workforce programme. This role will focus on enabling AHP support workers across the Trust to access Level 3, 5 and degree apprenticeships, whilst supporting the implementation of the AHP Support Worker Competency, Education and Career Development Framework. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the wider priorities of the Corporate AHP Team, in line with service needs.
