Main duties of the job

Person Specification
* Relevant Level 3 qualification (NVQ / QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent
* Experience working in a rehabilitation / neurological team
* Experience within community healthcare setting as a healthcare assistant
* Understands the role and remit of unregistered workers
* Ability to organise own work, Moderate IT Skills; Ability to cope with change; Ability to work under pressure
* Holds a full UK Valid drivers license and has access to a vehicle for work
* Able to prioritise and organise time to provide care delivery in a professional manner, taking into account relevant policy and procedures
