Due to a growing pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the business on a temp-to-perm basis, initially operating on a self-employed arrangement before transitioning into a permanent position upon successful completion of the probation period. The Role The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring financial control and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with directors, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining profitability while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
