Field Technical Services Engineer - Nottingham

The role involves providing technical assistance to assigned KYOCERA Managed Document Services accounts within timescales specified by SLAs.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing technical assistance to assigned Kyocera accounts within SLAs
* Investigating and rectifying faults reported by KMDS and channel partner end users
* Performing device installation, routine maintenance, and updates as required
* Understanding and adhering to SLAs for assigned accounts
* Carrying out basic fault finding and understanding solutions in use
* Backing up colleagues during absences or busy periods
* Logging call details accurately within specified timescales
* Reporting recurring faults for proactive management
* Sharing expertise and technical information with team members
* Building relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
* Maintaining stock levels at sites
* Attending product training to stay current
* Adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and core values
* Performing any additional technical support tasks as directed
