Insight Employment Recruitment Resourcer Role
Insight Employment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team based in Central Milton Keynes. We specialize in sourcing candidates across the Industrial, Commercial, and Driving sectors.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, well-organized, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. We seek a proactive, confident Recruitment Resourcer, preferably with experience in industrial resourcing, though this is not essential. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is required (testing will be conducted).
Main Duties
1. Providing recruitment and resourcing support, including vacancy management.
2. Advertising jobs and attracting candidates via CRM, online job boards, and social media platforms.
3. Making high-volume calls daily to meet requirements.
4. Conducting telephone and email screenings for applicants.
5. Registering candidates and preparing CVs for client submissions.
6. Managing candidates and updating the CRM system.
7. Making introductory calls to new starters during their first week to explain payroll and timesheet procedures.
8. Ensuring compliance with company, client, and legislative standards.
9. Adhering to company policies and code of conduct.
10. Participating in on-call duties once every four weeks.
Experience and Skills
* At least 1 year of resourcing experience preferred.
* Proficient in computer applications.
* Full valid driver’s license.
* Driven, motivated, and customer-focused.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Team player with adaptability and willingness to learn.
Working Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus on-call duties once every four weeks.
Salary: £25,500 per annum.
