About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:
* Caring nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
* Experience in catering services in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
* Delivering prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
* Ensure refreshments are always available
* Set up tables, tidy work areas, and prepare food areas for next service to maintain high hygiene standards
Experience
* Experience in a busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environment is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills to serve visitors and elderly residents effectively
* Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
