Salary: £12.33 per hour (£24,043.50) + benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week majority of shifts fall between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday

1. Managing inbound and outbound calls relating to car finance arrears
2. Negotiate payment arrangements in line with policy
