We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all legal and compliance standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and complianceAct as the main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues promptlyCoordinate repairs and maintenance, including scheduling contractors and monitoring works to completionManage and resolve tenant complaints in a professional and timely mannerConduct property inspections and ensure health & safety regulations are metLiaise with landlords, contractors, and external stakeholdersOversee tenancy processes including renewals, move-ins, and move-outsMonitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage contractor costsRequirementsPrevious experience in property management or housingStrong knowledge of repairs and maintenance processesExperience handling customer service issues and complaintsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and prioritiesKnowledge of housing legislation and compliance (desirable)5 days a week on site presence in our Slough Office If you have the relevant skills then please apply today.
