Business Development Manager - £40K-£45K + £12K OTE - Marlow/High Wycombe based
We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced sales person to work for one of the global leaders in office space and working solutions. Working as part of this hugely successful multinational you will be responsible for developing and hunting new business within the Marlow/High Wycombe area on a B2B level.
You will be responsible for selling the full range of products and services, closing a deals ona regular basis. Your date to day can include conducting tours for prospective customers, winning their business and closing deals. You will be prospecting for other solutions on offer and building long lasting relationships with your clients.
You will be a local candidate based in the area or within commuting distance, able to shadow senior bosses as part of your induction period and going on to promoting office centres in your local area.
The successful candidate will have proven sales experience, working to KPI's and hitting targets. You will be an excellent communicator and natural people person. You will thrive on buidling relationships and converting and closing deals.
It is essential to speaking English to native standard and have your own vehicle and drivers license.
