We are delighted to be working with this Harpenden based company that is looking for an Office Administrator to join their small but busy business.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. The role requires a natural multitasker who enjoys variety in their day. You will support a number of people, answer calls and assist with enquiries.
Responsibilities
* Answer and direct telephone enquiries
* Assist with general administrative tasks for the team
* Support office operations and help with day‑to‑day tasks
* Learn and use the internal CRM system
* Adapt to a small, dynamic environment and take on various tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Willingness to learn a new CRM system
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Adaptable, proactive and able to work with blue‑collar staff
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Benefits
* Salary range: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
