This is a great opportunity to join a Customer Experience & Insights Team, whose purpose is to support growth by improving AIB's understanding of its customer segments to consistently deliver good outcomes, improve customer's experience, improve brand awareness, making AIB their bank of choice. We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst. You'll play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making across AIB, ensuring we deliver good customer outcomes. Key accountabilities: Utiliseadvanced data analysis techniques to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, insights and opportunities to drive customer improvements. Able to manage and prioritise various regulatory data initiatives. Use Data Extraction tools from the AIB Data Warehouse, analysing and reporting data to meet business requirements. Design and implement data visualisations and dashboards to deliver customer behavioural insights that shape product and service design. Monitor and report on key customer and regulatory metrics, ensuring data integrity and alignment with FCA and PRA regulation. Translate data into actionable insights and communicate key findings to senior management and committees. Collaborate with UK Information Management teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. This will include validating data sources, cleansing datasets, and applying robust quality checks before analysis. Submit and manage data requests via the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring timely access to accurate and relevant dataset What you Will Bring: Minimum of 3 years proven technical experience in data analysis and reporting within financial services sector, preferably banking Experince of working with Customer Data an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong proficiency in manipulating data to draw insights by using various tools (such as SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Good stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
