The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join Henrys Skoda and lead our sales team at our SKODA site. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead a strong team in delivering excellent outcomes for our customers.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand. You will oversee a team of Sales Executives selling both New and Used Vehicle Sales. We are looking for someone to drive the team and Business forward. Must have previous experience in budgeting and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
* Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics
* Ensure compliance with FCA and manufacturer standards
* Collaborate with other departments to maximise opportunities

* Full UK driving licence
