Role Description
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support & Sales Advisor to help us manage day-to-day customer conversations across our music video marketplace.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You’ll be chatting to customers online, answering emails and phone calls, helping people understand how the platform works, and encouraging interested users to take the next step and buy.
This role is ideal for:

What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Support (Main Focus)
* Replying to customer questions via:
* Live chat & chatbot
* Email
* Phone calls
* Helping customers understand: How the website works, How to buy videos, What option suits them best
* Updating and managing chatbot replies
* Making sure customers feel supported, not ignored or confused
Sales Support & Follow-Ups
* Keeping track of people who show interest in the platform
* Creating and maintaining simple lead lists
* Following up with customers who haven’t completed a purchase
* Sending friendly reminders using our in-app nudge and notification system
* Encouraging people to buy — no hard selling, just helpful follow-ups
Demos & Video Calls
* Booking and joining online demos with customers
* Walking people through the website on screen
* Explaining the benefits in simple, non-salesy language
* Answering questions live and helping customers feel confident buying
LinkedIn & Admin Support
* Replying to inbound LinkedIn messages
* Managing meeting requests that come through LinkedIn
* Helping organise demo bookings and follow-ups
* Supporting general admin tasks related to customers and sales
