Our Apprenticeship Scheme offers candidates the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the most respected professionals working in the industry today. We offer structured apprenticeships to school and college leavers, those leaving higher education and to those currently in the world of work. Weâre committed to the training and development of all employees, including those just starting out in their career. Candidates will develop a strong foundation in electrical principles and practical skills essential for modern manufacturing environments. They will learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, gaining hands-on experience with wiring, circuit design, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The program also covers electrical safety standards, fault-finding techniques, and energy efficiency practices, alongside training in interpreting technical diagrams and using diagnostic tools. Apprentices will build competence in both traditional and emerging technologies, preparing them to support automation and control systems within a fast-paced industrial setting. A minimum of National 5 including English, Math and a Science or Technical Subject, or equivalent at grade C or above.
