The Role
* You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by preparing client reports, updating systems, liaising with providers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
* Preparing for client reviews, updating client records and requesting provider information
* Validating fund data and updating income expectations
* Producing valuation reports and supporting documentation using internal templates
* Submitting cases and assisting in new business processing
* Answering calls and dealing with client and provider enquiries
* Staying up to date with products, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Supporting advisers with excellent administrative assistance
About You:
* Previous experience supporting a financial adviser or working in a regulated financial services environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn systems (knowledge of IO is a bonus)
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
* A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
