Job IntroductionWe're looking for a Land Disposals Process Manager to play a key role in the effective management and governance of land disposals across our National Resources business. This is a highly visible role that supports the safe, compliant and efficient disposal of surplus operational land, ensuring the right processes are followed to protect value and manage risk.Working closely with senior stakeholders, including the National Development Director, you'll act as the central point of coordination for land disposal activity, bringing structure, assurance and clarity to a complex and business‑critical process.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll be responsible for owning and overseeing the land disposals process end to end. Key areas of focus will include:Managing the land disposals process, ensuring it is clearly defined, consistently applied and aligned with governance requirementsProviding process oversight and support to the National Development Director, including reporting, assurance and performance updatesCoordinating land disposal activity with internal teams and external advisers to ensure disposals progress in a controlled and compliant wayPreparing and managing documentation, reports and submissions required for internal approvals and governance forumsEnsuring land disposals comply with internal policies, legal, planning and regulatory requirementsActing as a subject‑matter point of contact on land disposals processes for stakeholders across the businessIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls and drive consistency across land disposal activityWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is highly organised, process‑driven and confident working with senior stakeholders.
