Part time – 25 hours - Support Network - Extra Care
Our ambitious Extra Care new build programme will deliver 4 state of the art facilities by April 2024. The supporting local authorities will commission experienced registered care providers to deliver care and support 24/7 to enable people aged 55+ to remain independent and living well. Each scheme will have a dedicated Torus housing team who will work collaboratively with the care provider to ensure all residents are able to access opportunities to actively engage in social activities and events on their schemes and in their local communities. The schemes include commercially operated bistros and salons which will offer an exciting opportunity for local business to deliver services to residents and people in the surrounding areas.

This is an important role in which you will:
* Play a key role in providing a customer focussed reception service in an Extra Care Setting.
* Provide an effective administrative support service within the Extra Care Network.
* Work as part of a high performing team to ensure that residents receive high quality care and support services to meet their individual needs.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Experience of providing a customer focussed reception service.
* Experience of providing administration support to colleagues using excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word, Publisher.
* Experience of working with older and or vulnerable people within a housing or social care environment.
* The ability to deliver tasks and outcomes within agreed timescales.
* The ability to learn in-house systems efficiently.
* Evidence of operating collaboratively as one team to take collective responsibility for overall performance.
* Be willing to achieve CIH Housing and Property Management Level 3 qualification.
