Role
As a Senior Service Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to expanding our service operations. Your role mainly revolves around:
* Technical support & service: Troubleshoot and resolve complex pump and system issues—both remotely and on-site—including commissioning, maintenance, and fault finding
* Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Business development: Identify service opportunities and support lead generation through proactive customer interaction and close collaboration with the sales team
* Project execution & process improvement : Take ownership of service projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure service delivery aligns with business goals
