Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EPR Healthcare Business Analyst. You will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our workstream initiatives, working closely with the Workstream Lead and clinical teams.
Your focus will be on ensuring seamless coordination and administration of projects aimed at driving business change and digital transformation. You will support efforts to enhance patient care by leveraging robust IT systems and fostering efficient processes.
Main duties of the job
This role requires a deep understanding of administration, analytical skills, knowledge of the clinical environment, robust IT skills, and experience using patient systems. Knowledge of EPR would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Description
Job responsibilities
* Provide administration and assistance to the workstream from initiation to completion to support the Workstream Lead in delivering on time and within scope for the EPR Programme.
* Support monitoring of Workstream performance, prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
* Systematically capture and update requirements for the EPR programme.
* Review, collate, upload, and manipulate data across clinical and administrative systems.
* Engage with stakeholders across Trusts to support activities.
* Extract and analyze data to support management and clinical teams, using tools like Excel and PAS.
* Identify opportunities aligned with EPR data requirements.
* Work under strict deadlines, escalate issues as needed, and record documentation using Oracle Health Portal and MS Teams.
* Support capturing Lessons Learned and maintaining records.
Person Specification
Qualifications (Desirable)
* Change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, PRINCE2)
Essential Skills and Experience
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data presentation.
* Accurate data recording, checking, and challenging inaccuracies.
* Recent experience in administration, ideally within or alongside a clinical team.
* Experience delivering presentations and explaining data to varied audiences.
* Healthcare sector experience.
* Ability to balance priorities to meet EPR targets.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Oracle Cerner.
