We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Manchester client services team, working with a high-profile client. The Account Executive is responsible for day-to-day customer service delivery, operational and administrative excellence. This role involves collaborating with a Senior Account Manager and Account Director, supporting the delivery of various multi-channel projects with different marketing and communications objectives.
1. Taking briefs from clients and creating creative, copy, production, and artwork briefs for our studio team.
2. Managing a busy workload with projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
3. Effectively managing studio resources for the wider team.
4. Handling client requests for quotes and updating them based on evolving project requirements.
5. Maintaining detailed job histories for review sessions and tracking costs to assess profitability.
6. Producing client CPA timelines with the Account Director and ensuring timely project delivery.
7. Working autonomously and as part of a team.
8. Responding promptly to queries.
9. Quality checking artwork before sharing with the QC team.
10. Supporting colleagues with workflow and best practices.
11. Ensuring projects are completed and dispatched on schedule, right first time.
Experience in a marketing or creative agency is preferable but not essential. Candidates should have strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be computer literate (Excel, Outlook). The role offers a chance to gain a solid understanding of marketing, production, and creative disciplines.
