Prestonfield House, one of Scotland's most exclusive luxury hotels and holder of the AA's supreme accolade of Five Red Stars, is seeking an experienced Breakfast & Chef de Partie to join its dedicated team.
Built in 1687 by the King's architect Sir William Bruce as the private residence of Edinburgh's Lord Provost, Prestonfield today is celebrated for its opulent interiors and historic grandeur. With 18 individually designed bedrooms, 5 luxurious suites, 3 historic private dining rooms, the celebrated Rhubarb restaurant, and the circular Georgian Stables Ballroom, Prestonfield is renowned for its heritage, elegance, and award-winning hospitality.
Our Package includes:
Excellent salary of £33,000 per annum plus a share of the staff gratuities (remuneration package circa £39,000)
48-hour contract across 4 days per week (5am-5pm shifts)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and enthusiastic kitchen brigade, passionate about showcasing the very best of Scotland's seasonal produce.
Working alongside our Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Prestonfield's Five Red Star and 2 AA Rosette reputation. The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience in recognised establishments, strong organisation and communication skills, and the drive to progress further in their career.
