We are looking for a passionate and dedicated and experienced Service Manager that holds a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care as a minimum Responsible for overseeing service delivery of personalised care & support to all service users in-line with regulatory requirements Driving and motivating a great team, managing our statistics, Staff performances, Training, Team Development and more Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through effective recruitment and retention in order to deliver a safe, high quality service Undertake regular reviews of the service to ensure high levels of compliance are maintained in line with regulatory requirements Deliver a safe and viable service and take ownership of setting financial budgets, and delivering the budget Work closely with the local authority and community to ensure the scheme benefits from community engagement Key Criteria: SVQ Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or the equivalent essential Previous experience as a manager within the care sector, as well as an knowledge of care standards.
